We work hand in hand with a first-class painter who provides the following:

  • Interior and Exterior Painting
  • Installation of interior wood mouldings, Crown, Baseboard and Chairrail
  • Refinishing of cabinets
  • Non-asbestos acoustic ceiling removal
  • Drywall and texturing

We work closely with Interior Designers, Contractors, Realtors, Architects, Homeowners, Insurance Agents.

As a special service we assist Realtors in preparing homes for quick sale. We supply neutral commercial vinyls to make a home look clean and neutral with a minimum of cost.

We also perform quick “Facelifts” for new homeowners prior to their moving into their new home. Including removing and replacing wallcovering or texturing and painting.

Our webpage may look grand, but we do jobs of all sizes from whole houses right down to small bathrooms, etc.

We have up to 10 licensed subcontractors available to us for large projects.

We are currently Renovating an 18 Floor Highrise in Oakland, a GoodNite inn in Rhonert Park, the San Ramon Regional Medical Center, Washington Mutual Bank in Antioch, and the Lazy Boy Furniture Store in Union City.
